The price of pool construction varies. There are several options when you are deciding on the design of your new pool, which will also factor into the cost of the pool. For a basic standard play pool the pricing starts near $35,000 and the pricing goes up from there depending on the size and options that you decide to add.

Some factors that may affect your pool cost include the design, access, ground conditions, added features and additional equipment you add. Some of these aspects ad unforeseen, though. If your dream backyard pool includes reworking your backyard's landscaping, it will add to the overall cost.

How long does pool construction take?

There are several factors that go into the timeline of a new pool build. A standard pool typically takes approximately 6-8 weeks from the time of the excavation. Certain aspects affect the time it will take to build, including the style, size, depth, shape and any added features. We strive to move as quickly as possible without sacrificing the quality of your pool construction.

Another factor that will affect the time frame is the paperwork and city/county permits. Some cities/counties just frankly "take longer" than others to process permits.

Can I build a pool any time of year?

That answer is yes! You can build a pool anytime of the year in arizona. Often people associate swimming in the pool in the summer, especially in Arizona when it can be 120o. However, since there is no snow or ice that will stop our contractors we are able to build all throughout the year.

When planning your design there are several factors to consider. For example, is this going to be a family pool for young children or more of an adult lounging/cocktail pool? But no worries, there is a way to build a pool that caters to both children and adults. Some of the fun features that are often added are LED color changing pool lights, a baja/play shelf where you can put a lounge chair to sunbathe or watch your kiddos play with toys. You may also want to add a raised wall with water features for the soothing sound.
